I very much enjoyed my first dagger fencing tournament today in Tampa and meeting everyone, very good group to be around. We were honest about touches that the Hitmate didn't score. Even tho we pretty much played it by ear to keep things flowing, it was still a fun tournament to attend, I should have hung around to see who won the first 3 places but i had an hour plus drive ahead of me back to Orlando. I think i did rather well for my first Epee/Dagger competition. Congratulations to whoever won the first 3 places.


I look forward to the next Dagger fencing Tournament.

Hello Fellow Dagger fencers or hopefully SOON TO BE dagger fencers, i have talked to Stocatta Fencing in Longwood, FL. about holding a DF event, they have agreed to give it a go :) it would scheduled for mid march. Due to their limited space at their Salle, it would be Tethered Dagger Fencing, this may change since it might be held in conjunction with a non-sanctioned in-school tournament and DF could be held last so more space would be available for wireless.

No Other details at this time, i will update everyone as i go.
